Channel Manager

HeatedSeatKits.com is a well-established Seat Heater Supplier in North America is looking for Channel Managers. The role holder reports directly to the Head Office located in Seattle, WA and San Francisco, CA. There are requirements and responsiblities listed below.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have purchased at least ten kits from our company and have experience installing the product.
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Extensive knowledge about seat heaters
  • Your State is still available (we have dedicated channel managers located in 20 out of 52 states already)
  • Government Issued Business License
  • Should have had experience in a Sales role along with knowledge of automotive upholstery
  • Should have experience in retail products which could be both asset and liabilities
  • Should have managed a team which include aspects of training, motivation, and performance review.
  • Should be creative enough to make marketing campaings, contests, and reward mechanisms.

    • Job Responsibilities
  • To work closely with resellers/distributors/installers located in your state.
    •
  • Answer customer e-mails and phone calls
  • Represent our company and work together with clients in your state.
  • Ship products to resellers/distributors/installers in your state.
  • Process RMA Requests in your state
  • Report back to Head Office regarding needs of clients in your state
