We are here to help you in case if there is a defect in the manufacturing of the parts or if you have a problem later down the road. Troubleshooting our Seat Heaters is a very simple therefore parts can be easily replaced without removing everything again. Both Innovative Heat and Heizgerat seat heaters come with a two year limited manufacturer warranty, therefore if you ever come across a problem, please do not hesitate to contact your local RMA Department. In order to save both of us time and money, please study the information below and complete the form to the best of your ability. Please note that if we send you the wrong parts due to error on your part, you will be liable to pay for all shipping costs incurred.

To better understand an aftermarket seat heater kit, you will need to understand the main components of the product. The following parts below are not repairable so please do not attempt to modify or alter them in anyway, since that would immediately void your warranty. We will ask you to return the untampered defective parts for closer examination by our service technicians to prevent similar problems from happening again in the future. Figure 1 : Seat Heater Elements - Produces heat when 12 volt positive and negative is applied. Four wire element includes a temperature and occupancy sensor built inside. Because of the latest grid design, the heater elements will last a lifetime unless you cut the power distribution leads on the sides of the element. Normally they come in beige, black or white color. Figure 2 : Control Module - The main motherboard of the seat heater unit, it has a built in thermostat which keeps the temperature consistent. It also functions as a central hub and a power supply at the same time. Normally they come in black or light gray. Can be purchased at $25.00USD each, click HERE to order now.

Figure 3 : Dual Temperature Lighted Switch - Hi/Low/Off switch, it controls the temperature the user selects. The switch wire has a tiny motherboard inside, its purpose to provide power to the led.
